4.1 Personal & Non-Commercial Use: You agree to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing with GMGS.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Technical Malfunction Refunds: We provide refunds only if the EA fails to operate due to a technical issue that is solely attributable to GMGS (e.g., file corruption, licensing error).
5.2 No Performance-Based Refunds: Refunds are NOT available for performance-related reasons, as results depend on market conditions, broker execution, and user settings.
5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your purchase or subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of any subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership: All content, software, and Services provided by GMGS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, are the property of GMGS or its licensors.
6.2 License: Subject to these Terms, GMGS grants you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the EAs strictly for your personal trading.
